"Just took a tour with the property manager, Julie and loved the 2 bedroom apartment! It’s perfect! Julie was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Lots of improvements to the property and you can tell she really cares about the residents. She was so friendly also- which was a nice change from the other tours I’ve been on. "Hiiii! As we all know in the past the management has been nothing but difficult. Without getting into all the reasons why I would like to take a moment and explain what the NEW MANAGEMENT has done. The new management has not only taken a stand and opened the pool, been respectful and very understanding of the issues that were brought to their attention but they have also gone out of their way to open the door for opportunities. They moved me from an old janky not so good apartment to a new & redone apartment at no expense of my own. They have also taken a plunge and decided to include some security for both buildings to ensure that guidelines are being followed. They have taken many steps to ensure the safety & satisfaction of their residents are met. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL and very worth their price! I’m so excited to see what else they have planned for not only me, but all the current and future residents! COME CHECK THEM OUT! You won’t be disappointed!!!"

"We've been here just over a year and they were not that great when we first moved in but the new management is really doing a ton around the property and its really getting a lot nicer. The halls are brand-new, the buildings outside are newly painted last month and I have a good feeling that the apartments are super nice inside now since they are renovating for the new tenants. Our place was pretty rough when we moved in sadly but they are really doing a lot around here. I would have given it a 3 star because of that. The place is really quiet and safe too."
