"Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. Super helpful over the phone when we had some questions regarding coordinating our dates before our trip, and super accommodating when we checked in as well. Jennifer went above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and is in a very convenient location. We will definitely stay there again."

"The customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. None of the workers know what’s going on. I’ve been trying to book a room for an hour now and they still can’t figure it out. Btw pets aren’t free it’s a SCAM. Literally rather have stayed at a campsite."

"Clean hotel and room. The staff was courteous and helpful. Jennifer has been a gem. I accidentally left something very important to me in the room. She and her staff were able to find it and keep it safe for me until I return. The continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Thanks for a great stay!"

"If you need a room, Microtel is adequate. The bedsheets were dirty, the service was sufficient. Nothing stands out as special or unique. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, single serve box cereal, muffins and oatmeal were the main offerings."

"Very nice and modern room, but it wasn’t clean. It was actually quite dirty - surfaces not wiped down, bathroom floor/shower walls stained, mirrors cloudy. Also no hot water and the pressure was really bad. Woman at the front desk was helpful but rather cold, almost like she was afraid of me. Overall this hotel has amazing potential just needs better staff."
