"Even after finding out that they had put information on my credit report even though it had already been paid in full and now I find out it's going to sit there and the company is still trying to make me pay the full $5,000 again. Because for some reason they're saying that since covid hit that it's just not don't allow these people to get away with being crooks."

"OMG sooooooooo horrible , literally unprofessional is an understatement. So much done went wrong since these people have purchased the property from BTM SMMFH, literally allowed for their UNLICENSED contractors too enter my apartment and wipe it clean , left nothing . Straight robbery, owner mark habibi called me private days later only too be cursed out on how unprofessional he was and hung up and he called straight through too offer me $1,000 for property that was well over 10+ thousand . From personal possessions too business items were stolen from my apartment. Car broke in , garage and laundry room broken into , no cameras on property even after all that has transpired. I googled them today 9/7/2022 and was in shocked on my discoveries. I highly recommend people too pass this sick info along of these slumlords asap immediately, wise owl , reliable properties are all operated by individuals who prey on people too scam and get over financially and beat people out of money no matter their current situations, FRAUDS they are. Definitely not too be trusted as “landlords” or businessman for that matter . Coming from Omaha Nebraska this is Larry , a very unpleasant tenant ."

"Let me start off by saying its like impossible to get a hold of them and they never reach out to you. So the overall renting besides the house literally being a complete dump was ok literally had mold, impossible to get rid of mice, etc. I moved out paying 2 years straight with not being late the move out inspection was good hardly anything was noted that needed to be fixed two doors and some blinds didnt hear anything after that. UNTIL 4 almost 5 months later im getting a collection agency calling me saying i owe 2,500!!!! WHAT?!! I was never informed in the walk out anything that they are trying to charge me for and was never given a move out inspection which after 30 days is pointless to send on their part they tried saying they sent it to the address of the house so you trying to tell me im suppose to go to a house i dont live at anymore and look through their mail when i changed my change of address before i even moved apparently they dont know thats against the law just like not giving me my move out inspection in 30 days also they act like they didnt have my phone number? I will strongly make sure no one ever go to this company nothing but crooks, probably mad because i chose to buy another house and didn't by theres sorry i dont want mold, wood rot, etc. Take care of your properties more because their name is rhetorical"

"Trashy properties that they have the nerve to try to claim you caused the conditions of.....I guess I had only ever rented from reputable property management companies before renting from these people. I owned a home in New Orleans and needed a quickly available temporary rental in Kansas City that fit certain parameters. Do to timeliness issues I ended up renting a rundown house from Reliable Properties while waiting to build & later building a second home in Kansas City. Reliable Properties unsurprisingly didn't keep up the property. I sent them notes regularly with my rent payment. I knew experience was going to end badly with Reliable Properties. So when my house was done being constructed, I moved out without giving notice to Reliable Properties since I didn't expect to receive my deposit back anyway....which suspiciously enough they had insisted be in cash. What surprised me though was they used my departure for the opportunity to try to charge me for the state of what the property was like even before I had moved in. I flatly refused and they sent it to a collection agency. Now if I wasn't relatively well of but was the type of person who was dependent on both companies like this and maintaining my credit rating reputation with them, they probably would have been successful in extorting money out of me with these sort of tactics....fortunately I'm not. So in the end, I hope this review gives even one person pause before renting from Reliable Properties."

"I rented a house from this company for year and a half. On the initial walk through done by Jodi I noticed some mold in the downstairs closet. I asked if it was black mold and she said yes, just spray some bleach on it. There was also a soft spot on the downstairs kitchen area which she assured me it was not rotten. Since my credit was poor I had to pay a double deposit and first six months. By time I was able to break my lease a year and a half later there was mold growing all over the basement walls in the laundry area and the entire floor caved in. I was able to get 180 dollars back on a 1650.0 deposit and I'm still suffering from I'll health effects almost 2 years after leaving their house. 12 antibiotics within a 7month period. Still have sinus problems and chronic fatigue. I'll quote the same agent when I was told stop trying to clean the mold "were just going to paint over it"! 500 Southside Blvd."
