She is very conscious. Mike keeps the grounds immaculately clean. Work orders handled immediately. The grass area has a manicured look. The parking lot is clean for our cars. . . ."

"If i could rate this ZERO STARS, I would. If you are looking for a home for your elderly loved ones to live in, DO NOT choose this place. My grandma lived there for years and got bullied by not only by other residents, but even management from the day she moved in until past the day she has now moved out. We thought having elevators and easily accessible showers would be great for her considering her health is bad, and we thought we had found a home for her to live in for the rest of her life, sadly that was not the case."

"The staff was extremely accommodating and eager to please. The property manager, Shalleena, has made my family's stay there more than comfortable."

"I have been here a little over a year, having recently renewed my lease. I am disappointed in the diminishing customer service . Management, maintenance and housekeeping are good people but are only on site a couple days a week as they now have 2, 3 or 4 buildings to care for. The only way to get anything done is to write up a work order but there are usually none available. It can take weeks to get a response. The building and property are beginning to look a little run down. I hope they address these issues soon."
