"I rented a house through Donna Farrow's Prop Mgmt for 4 years. They are the absolute best! Anytime I had any issues at all (hardly any), the maintenance guys would call me immediately & take care of anything & everything. They were great! I HIGHLY recommend them. "If I could give zero stars to this joke of a place I would! Received an eviction notice with the wrong date (year 2016) and the wrong name (heather). All over $130 in "late fees" mind you they waited months without ever bringing this up to me personally. No phone calls or saying anything to me when I paid. It's been nothing but a nightmare from the start and they have been nothing but rude. Never answer maintenance calls and there's no receptionist to take calls it goes straight to voicemail and good luck getting them on the phone. The garage door has been broken for months and unusable. They'll sure call you though repeatedly if you don't give them their money when they want it. I'm 5 days late paying usually due to biweekly paydates never falling on the 1st. Pamela Morse is now harassing me due to having a security system installed demanding I give them the code because it's a "violation of the lease" well excuse me for wanting to keep myself and my daughter safe! I will NEVER rent a property from them again."

"Overall my experience was good. I called them three times before I got a response, so don't be afraid to be persistent! I worked with Leah for most of it, and she was very nice and helpful. Ben helped with my move in and was also very nice. One thing that everyone needs to know that I was not informed of from the beginning (purely a mistake) they will not accept checks, MONEY ORDERS are their form payment (maybe cash, not sure). So make sure you ask how much you need to bring to the table if they do not tell already tell you."
