"Roaches…. Was told they would spray the room… while I was in it with my son and animals. So much more but that was the straw. Claim to be remodeling but atmosphere is more reflective of a brothel.. yes a brothel.. no security, poor amenities, dirty atmosphere, extremely overpriced"

"I've never ever left a hotel and asked for a refund until tonight. No towels, soap, or a bathroom door. The bottom of my feet were black from the dirty floor. The final straw was cockroaches. The desk attendant couldn't or refused to give us a first name for his manager who is apparently going to call. This place should be condemned. Update: the manager did not call and I was charged. I called and they thought I was a different guest and said I would be refunded in 5-10 business days and then after getting my name said the manager is aware and will take care of it Monday."

"This has got to be the worst stay at a motel I’ve ever experienced. First of all we had to go down to the office 3 times for room keys because every one of the keys didn’t work. Then had to go back to the office 2 more times because there was no remote to turn the television on. Then to top things off the heater does not work so we froze the whole night. Finally decided to go to bed and I woke up to something sticky against my skin. Got up and turned the light on to see what was causing the stickiness and there is feces on the fitted sheets. My cousin called down to complain and the person working to front desk gave us two choices, come down for a 5trip to the office for clean bed sheets or get our money back and leave at 2 am in the morning. There was no I’m so sorry let me offer you a new room or to come change the sheets themselves. I’m disabled and have problems bending over. I have a caretaker for that sort of stuff. So get the bed changed and go to take a shower. The bathroom has no door and the water is cold. I paid $80 dollars for this room and am so disappointed I could cry!!! If I could post pictures of the sheets I would but the website won’t let me. Seriously thinking about contacting an attorney cause this is unsanitary"

"100% the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed. If the rest of this motel looks like the room we were in, it should be condemned. We made reservations online while traveling. Arrived after midnight, if we had not been so exhausted we would have left. Disgusting !! Curtains falling off window. Random piece of wood behind the door. Floors dirty, greasy smudges on TV, drawer torn out of dresser, No cover on bathroom light fixture, smoke detector was missing - just the mount on the wall, walls were filthy, base boards falling off, cigarette burns all over the comforters, hairs in sink, vanity, tub. The entire room was beyond filthy. Where can I post the videos and pictures, Motel 6??"

"Lesson learned: I won't be staying here again! The only reason I chose Motel 6 was because it's dog friendly, and I didn't want to pay a lot. The lady who worked the front desk at night was not personable at all. When we arrived (late at night on Wed.), the key to our room didn't even work, and after walking back to the front desk & letting her know, she provided us a new room, but never apologized for the inconvenience at all. Instead, she seemed inconvenienced. The sheets had stains and some human hair, and the toilet had plumbing issues. All in all, I'd say don't waste your money here at all, but if you don't mind the issues I presented, then go for it!"
