"Do not live here unless you REALLY have no other choice. Not only are the neighbors atrocious, but management gives them excuses as to why neighbors are so rude. They're threatening to tow my car when I don't work full time and have to pay for groceries and utilities. On top of that, the recent newsletter gave some of the apartments 1 day to clean. Some of us have kids, pets and 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. I even called them to try and discuss I just needed maybe one extra day to get my car taken care of and they refuse to budge. They told me to park elsewhere or I WILL be towed."
"I enjoy living here it is very well maintained. It's super quiet the staff is very pleasant. Angie and Sherry are very nice women and the do go above and beyond. Wonderful place to live."
"I have lived here for 6 years. I moved in originally to help my mother when she was having problems with her diabetes and cataracts. And ended up getting my own apartment here. I have made great friends here, I have lost great friends here way too soon in life. Everyone generally tries to get along. We are urged to handle problems ourselves before we get management involved. And that usually works pretty well, but they're there if we need them. All you have to do is practice the Golden Rule and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you don't think that you would enjoy waking up to the sounds of someone's vacuum sweeper running at 3:00 in the morning, then I don't recommend that you run your vacuum cleaner at 3:00 in the morning. Pretty simple. I gave four stars because no one needs a swelled head. Everyone has room for improvement. In business, in themselves, and in life."
"Bad place to live. It's getting rough again. Angie and her staff are wonderful. It's the lowlifes that are moving back in that made me move. I was there 4 years and loved it. If there was an issue, they were right on it and fixed it immediately. I really enjoyed living there."
"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE management. Angie is by far the rudest, nastiest, most narcissistic person I have EVER MET. not only are there cops going in and out of the residents DAILY you have people scream and playing loud music at all hours of the night, people smoking weed in the apartments, and having people brake into your house. What's the management do you ask?? NOTHING. My car was broken into she said nothing I can do about it since we don't have cameras. MY HOME WAS BROKEN INTO again she said, "take it up with the police not me" I worked a minimum wage job, worked 35 hours every two weeks. But apparently, since I never reported it (which I did when I got the place hint reporting your income and hours) I had over 95 hours of community service to do. (Because even if you have a job, if you don't work 30 hours every two weeks you have to do community service) This WITCH told me I had to get it done in 5 months or I'd be evicted. DO NOT live here if you have a family and care for them, because you'll be the only one that does."
