"Horrible horrible man. My daughter is 17 years old. I missed two appointments via phone call from Dr. Chaganti and he dropped my daughter as a patient. He would not even prescribe her enough medication such as 30 days until I can find another psychiatrist. We ended up in the emergency room she was having severe withdraws and threatening suicide and very angry and not feeling well at all. Can’t ever reach him. He never calls back when you have an emergency. He’s a horrible man for doing this to my daughter. Do not go to this man. He’s a quack"

"Dr. Chaganti is the most caring doctor I have ever found. I drive 2-2 half hrs to see him. I met him thru friend that him n his mom have been seeing him for over 30 yrs. That says a lot to me. He actually carries on conversation about his twins, his wife. And many other things. Most doctors rush you in n rush you out. I love his personality. He truly cares. There are 3 of us that drive from Salem mo. To see him. We think he's the best."

"Yes, there are long waits - he tries to see everyone & take his time to be sure he knows what's going on. And the office staff needs to learn to smile & be a little more helpful... BUT I absolutely adored the care I got from Dr. Chaganti - I thought he was worth the wait - I just brought a book - he seemed to know what questions to ask - he gave me better care than the previous 30 yrs I had been in care... I moved to California & wish I could find someone as good."
