"We went to Danielle after our daughter Nora, All-Star Cheerleader, dislocated her patella tumbling. (May 2022) As a family of 3 gymnasts and All-Star Cheerleaders we have seen our share of Physical Therapists. From our very first visit with Danielle, she stood out from her competition. Danielle took her time getting to know our daughter as an athlete. No more generic/across the board knee exercises that we were used to at previous PT offices. Danielle studied how Nora's injury occurred and why. "I worked with Dr. Danielle Feb 2022 - July 2022 I started having ankle/foot pain in fall of 2020. It was always worse in the morning and with running, but not quite bad enough to see the doctor. It eventually got worse after starting clinicals and walking on my feet all day. After seeing a podiatrist, going to a traditional physical therapy setting, and a cortisone shot, I was running again but my pain relief was short lived. I didn’t continue physical therapy because I started a new job, and I didn’t have the time or resources for additional therapy sessions. It wasn’t until I started at Crossfit Achieve in January 2022 that I started taking care of my body more, and I realized I was frustrated with the lingering pain, limitations in my daily life, and inability to perform to my full potential in class.
