"Did the messaging process through Amazon yesterday. I have the flu I didn’t have no insurance so I was looking for something cheap to prescribe me the medicine I needed to get better. They were able to describe me what I needed. However, the estimated time is four hours eight hours I almost asked her a refund to go somewhere else, but they finally got to me, I would use the service again. I just hope they can improve. Not only the wait times, that’s almost understandable because I know they’re probably busy, but at least a better representation of how long you’ll have to wait instead of just telling you an estimated time."

"Tested positive for COVID on a home test after feeling bad all day. Signed up for the service and they charged $37 and said they would send a video link within 2 hours. Did not respond again. I wish I had looked at the reviews before booking. Several years ago, they got great reviews but recent reviews are terrible. Going to try to get my money back."

"I went through their online process, while I was still online finishing my application I received a link to press to have a videoconference, this took me no more than 2 minutes. Got to the link and was told that my time had expired. Now to contact them there is a phone number, called right away to be told all our lines are full, please contact us via email. After a lot of time and work they sent me a message that they would refund me in 5 to 10 operating days, got refund but not full amount. When your sick, you do not need this hassle and really bad service, I would avoid this service."

"They took my money and never provided me with a provider. This is sad when you dont feel well and attempt to get help. I thought it was legit because its linked to Walgreens website. I requested a refund and was basically told I had to wait for them to review everything first. Please just go see a real provider. I wont stop calling them until I get my money back."

"Requested an appointment and received a text saying i would get a link within two hours to join the appointment. Link never came but online portal said I missed my appointment. Try calling a few times and nobody ever answers the line. Emailed and finally got a response saying they’ll reschedule it. Get another text saying I’ll receive a link within two hours. At the two hour mark received the link but at the same time received a text stating that I missed my appointment. Clicked on link and it said expired. The only right thing this company did was refund my money"
