"Dr Ahmad has one of the rudest receptionist I have talked to. I asked if she had any availability and she said no, I proceeded to ask when the next available appointment was and she said who were you trying to see, so she didn't even look. I was a patient before Covid and haven't been in a while, she said you should just find someone else. She was not the receptionist when I was going before. I will never recommend or use them again. Awful customer service especially for a psychiatrist who is supposed to be treating people with mental health disorders. Never again."

"Just called the office for an appointment & was told at first that I would need to be seen as a new patient & when I asked what that meant was told that he would not see me b/c I haven't been there in a while. So I guess I'm being ostracised for being healthy & turned away when I need care. I'm profoundly dissappointed"

"Very unprofessional and the office smelled terrible. Staff was rude and gave misleading statement to me and my wife. Never even made it in to see the doctor because of the rudeness and terrible attitude of the person at the window. Had an 8am appointment and didn’t even get called up until almost 8:30. Save yourself the frustration and do not even go here!!!"

"40 min wait beyond appointment. Parking lot in complete disrepair. Bad location. Maybe try his other office in Bridgeton. I do not recommend this location."
