"I originally scheduled an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Grimshaw, after checking in and paying my 70$ copay, I was told 45 minutes later that you will be seeing Dr. Weltmer. The medical assistance finally called our name and moved us to a room, which we waited another 35 minutes prior to Dr. Weltmer come in. Dr. Weltmer spent 5 seconds in the room assessing her and explaining the plan. He then exited the room stating we will obtain an MRI and follow back up later, leaving us sitting in the room. I spoke to the office manager and explained my concerns, which got us no where. My daughter rated her pain 8/10 in the office and nothing was done about it. After getting the MRI done I was told to make an appointment. I called and asked to be placed with Dr. Grimshaw again, but when we arrived to our appointment today and paid our 70$ copay, we was told Dr. Weltmer is the doctor. We was then moved to a room, only for Dr. Weltmer to come in and say “ the MRI is abnormal, and I’m going to refer you to my partner Dr. Grimshaw !” Please keep in mind that’s who the original appointment should have been with, please keep in mind my copay is $70 each visit, please keep in mind my daughter pain is still 8/10 or more on some days. Dr. Weltmer and staff keep taking our money and not addressing the issue. Dr. Weltmer does not spend enough time with the patients, he neglects their needs/concerns."

I needed one X-ray to confirm that I hadn't done something to my hand that needed surgery. $900 dollars later they were still trying to get me to return every three weeks to confirm the same diagnosis. There has to be someone else out there you can go to that won't try to fleece you! Find them!"
