"Everyone has been very nice in the Pain Management, xray, and MRI dept. They have always been empathetic with me and very helpful and understanding. I've always had great experiences with BJC."
"I came here with a CT scan disk from urgent care they told me to get my gallbladder removed and I need an ultrasound. I come here for that and they tell me nothing is on the disk keep me for a whole weekend and release me. Whole time I was there there I saw about 8 different doctors a day. The nurse has to approve everything with the doctor even tho it's already in yourbchart then they just act like they don't know what's wrong when I told them. When I left I had to go to a different hospital and they gave me surgery at this other hospital."
"Horrible billing system! They don’t give you a full month to pay thousands of dollars in hospital bills and once you pay that they send you more bills. I specifically asked when paying my original bill if I was going to get more bills going forward, they checked my balances and account and assured me that I would have no more bills from them, just got another one in the mail. I was also told I was getting a refund check, the man on the phone was looking at a refund from 2015 and telling me it was current. Doctors are good but the “after” is far from desired."
"Had to stay overnight, not once was I asked if needed face towel, bed sheets change. Didn't really get talk to doctors, on a physicians assistant, no nurse training. This worse I've ever been treated. Doctor seemed to not know my case, on call Renal Coordinator gave the impression she didn't want be bothered. I just haven't understood the process in my care."
