"This place is the worst of the worst and the doctors are not much better. I was transferred to Dr Buck about 15 years ago when my doctor retired and it has been pretty much a nightmare for me ever since. Good doctors are hard to find when you are on a low income and I did change about 10 years ago but ended up going back cuz the other doctor I found was even worse than her. The staff there are rude n very disrespectful I always have a problem with them and on two occasions I was put into a back room and forgotten about and sat back there for over two hours the last time it happened to me. The office was getting ready to close and I could hear them all getting ready to go home and was quite surprised when I walked out of the back room! I don't really care for doctors or meds but was forced to see a doctor after a near fatal car crash 20 years ago and broke over 20 bones. My back is all messed up and have three screws holding my foot together and have been through several surgeries and now all those broken bones are inflicted with severe aurthritus and pretty much in pain ever single day of my life, sometimes unbearable! I do not like taking pills but unfortunately the only way I survive and get thru the pain and keep from blowing my brains out is pain pills. I have never abused them in fact I suffer at times cuz I refuse to take them for periods at a time. I haven't taken any pain pills for about a year now but I have been hurting really bad lately with the weather change and made an appointment to get script refilled and have my blood pressure checked and refill that script. Today I was denied the pain pills and was told to go to pain management which I have been to twice and did not help me at all. Pain management is a joke and does nothing for REAL pain and Dr Buck knows this and knows I DO NOT abuse or like the pain pills, I complain about taking them every visit to her!!! My mother was also a patient of hers, after her doctor retired I suggested Dr Buck so we could go to appointments together. My mother complained about switching to this doctor and would cry after every visit saying Buck was a terrible doctor and would only be rude to her and try to lecture her for the whole five or ten minutes she was in there. Would not listen to my mother..... just lecture! My mother finally gave up because of her and died 2 years ago! After this experience I have had it with all doctors..........."
