"Don't go here. It is a horrible practice. I had an urgent need and this is the only place I could get an appointment and it became a waste of valuable time that I could have used to get the care I needed cheaper. I ended up going to a BJC managed facility later and was immediately taken care of. Felt much better after that. I should have paid attention to the other review. The only thing good at this practice is the check in process online, probably it is nice because someone else created the software and there is no human interaction. Everything else is a D minus."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Sure the people there were pretty nice and polite. But when I had surgery there they would not give me a quote for surgical facility fees before hand, they said they were in network but were not, and billed me fees of $20,000.00 for their services alone. That is almost 10 times what my insurance will allow/cover if they were in network. The surgeon did NOT give me any options on where I could have the procedure, because if he had I could have gone somewhere in network. It took them five months to get me the bill. After all that, I did some digging online. It looks like this surgery center is owned at least in part by one of the podiatrists who works in the office with shared space. Apparently it is somewhat common for a surgeon to own a surgery center, which is where they perform surgeries, and the surgeon to be in network but not the surgery center. Since they bill for so much, maybe it's a good way for a surgeon to earn a lot more money."
