"Atlas Autism Health is a fairly new organization. Since getting established they are working on fine tuning their processes when it comes to employing new staff. They are always striving to improve which says a lot about their company. I have worked at prior ABA companies, and there is no comparison. From my past experiences the ABA environments are not always positive. Atlas strives to encourage growth and have a positive culture in their clinics. Having this mind set as a company really stands out to me. I have had wonderful experiences with them and look forward to evolving with the company. It is very exciting to be part of the long-term goal which is to provide aba services to all families in our community."
"Sounds great when it's described to you and all the staff seem accepting and kind. First off you do not make your hourly pay during the training weeks but you're not told that until day one of the training and you have to sign a paper agreeing to a certain amount but it is not your hourly rate. There are no policy and procedures guides. They show a few slides and you're supposed to remember everything. There are no paid days off. If you get sick during training you need to go in no matter what your symptoms or they will release you from the training. I would not recommend this center to anyone as they treat their staff terribly. The biggest issue is that they have nothing written down and only tell you as you ask questions. Not fair to employees."
