"Dr kabbani is pretty good and the nurses are also pretty good at what they do. On the other hand, the admin staff did not meet my expectations at all. Super slow at responding and they gave me a wrong estimate. Plus they force me to get one of my medicines through them, which ends up costing me $1500 instead of the usual $30."
"I am giving Mercy Adult Neurology center five stars all because of the young lady that answered the phone. I called yesterday to make my son whom is 15 an appointment the young lady Britney that answered the phone explained they could see him when he turns 18 in the middle of me speaking to her my daughter starts screaming due to my son having a seizure she was calm and she asked me to have my daughter call 911 while she walked me through the steps of how to help my son having a seizure she explained to me that he can hear me freaking out and is making him freak out more she walked me step by step of what to do which was Stay with the person until the seizure ends and he is fully awake. After it ends, help him sit in a safe place. Once he is alert and able to communicate, tell him what happened in very simple terms. Comfort him and speak calmly. Keep yourself and other people calm after she explained this I asked her how she knows this she told me she had to learn at very young because her sister has epilepsy. Can you please tell her thank you I tried to call back to thank her and let her know that he is doing fine but I didn't get a chance to get through because I guess they were closed."
"Very professional, and competent staff."
