"Danielle is absolutely wonderful! But this is the most frustrating office to reach. The phone rings nonstop with no one answering. I had to miss an appointment due to being stuck at work with patients and no one answers their phone all morning. Then I get a letter warning me to not "no show" to another appointment..."
"This branch needs support. I have never been in to meet with a doctor. I received a text confirmation reminder of my appointment. I went to the appointment. I was notified that two neurologist had left the organization and that no one was available to see me until many months to come. They did leave a voice message close in proximity to my appointment. I did reschedule. For my rescheduled appointment I received my appointment confirmation via text and I was by the phone the day of the appointment. I wasn't able to take their call when the office reached to cancel my second attempt. The neurologist that I was scheduled with had an emergency. My concern is the difficulty in getting a reschedule for the third time. They do not have many options to reschedule and if I can't take the one offered. I will not be able to get in to see the neurologist until November. I tried to talk to the office manager. Two times I was transferred, the phone rang for long periods of time and then I was disconnected. It sounded like someone picked the phone up and hung it up. The inability to directly communicate and no ability to be flexible in these circumstances makes this organization unsuccessful."
"The office staffing problem is ridiculous. Every visit there is a new person working. They are unable to keep anyone. Whom they do have or manage to keep are rude, unprofessional and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They can't keep up. They are unfamiliar with the system, how to answer phones or basic office management skills. Do NOT trust them or take them on their word for appointments, procedures, timing, paperwork or, again, any basic or professional office etiquette. Very disappointing as the doctors and nurse practitioners are very kind and do an excellent job."
"Dr Bai is not a good doc at all Worst dr office at mercy in st louis Thanks to doc bia my son no longer has Job that he was supposed to go back to From the letter she sent to the hr lady at his Work So if ur going to see doc bia everyone would be better of finding a different doc she not a fair doc she doesn't listen to her patients or under stand them 'She just needs to take foreign patients that way she can understand them she doesn't understand English"
"They have only a automated call loop that is never answered. MyMercy is not an answer when a patient needs an answer and cannot access the provider because of the website limitations."
