They are all wonderful people who really care about the patient and their family. They will work with you on any schedule you choose and They kept me in the loop on each and every change with Dad. He was not in their care for very long before he passed away, and Kyra and Gwen were with him the most. They gave him so much peace and love that he always felt better when they were there with him. Thanks to you all! You are truly angels on earth and made Dad's transistion a very peaceful one!!"

"I would highly recommend Synergy Home Health Care. Our recent experience with them have been excellent. We feel so blessed to have found them at the most important time in our fathers life. My father is 93 and was in a nursing home for just a few days when I had to remove him. The care was horrible . I knew I had to take him out of there. I had called Synergy home health and was so lucky to have them be able to start with his 24/7 care within days. No waiting list. I was very impressed when they were there the day they brought my dad home. Lisa is awesome. She is in charge of training all the caregivers and over sees much of the operation with Synergy. She was there early before they transferred my father home. She had got dads room set up and was on top of everything to make my dads transfer easier and to see that he was comfortable. Was very glad she was there . She found a very large pressure wound that we were not even informed about and it looked very bad . She has then informed Hospice quickly. The staff all have been a major part of helping with the Pressure wound. it has been healing well.If we left him in the nursing home I’m not sure my dad would of made it. Each one of the care givers did their part in making sure they had properly move my dads position to keep him off the wound and changed the dressing and kept it dry. They were all very kind and helpful with him. Each one brought something different with their caring and talking to him and even feeding him. I want to thank all of them . Got to know them and felt as if they were family. And Lisa is an Angel. She does so very much. She is what makes synergy what it is and all her care giver are all angels. Also the scheduler and everyone in the office have been their every time I needed something. Anyone that is looking for home health care please give them a call. They are excellent and care for your loved ones. You won’t find this in most nursing homes!!!!"

"Review from my mother, Janet Mazzola, about their care for my Grandma and Grandpa: my family was very fortunate to have found Synergy HomeCare for my parents and their special needs. In 2018, my father was diagnosed with dementia. We needed help and Synergy was very accommodating sending caregivers that were very patient, gentle and nurturing. After he passed, we continued with the care for my mother who was physically challenged using a chair lift and walker.
