"Hand was cut during after school activity and required stitches. Both Urgent Care facilities in town received poor ratings for both cost and quality of care. After contacting TUAC by phone, the decision was made to drive the extra 10 minutes for help. I’m absolutely overjoyed that we made this choice. Not only was the cost more than fair; the level of care was exceptional! Now we have a place to go if some unforeseen circumstances leave us in dire need of medical assistance."

"Best experience ever! The wait list online registration was great! We waited at home, waited 10 mins in the car, they called when ready to fill out papers and then seen in just a very few minutes! Easy and no long wait in the front with crowds of sick people! Very well staffed! Attentive and friendly! We were treated very well and they were right on the mark with tests, care and treatments! Better than our primary care doctors office!"

"I was clawed by a cat and my hand began to swell. Within about 18 hours it was clear that I needed medical help but it was a weekend. My previous experience at TAUC had been great so I went there again, except I didn’t go to the site. I called the location closest to my house. Their waitlist was full but the receptionist looked for another location that could take me. It was only 13 minutes away from my house. They have a great waiting list system where you can go home to wait and they update your place in line constantly. I was able to wait at home until I was third in line. I loved that I didn’t have to sit in a waiting room with sick people. I was seen two hours after making the appointment and they prescribed (and administered) IV antibiotics for my injury. My hand is significantly improved. The staff were all kind and knowledgeable. I was there for about two hours. I will continue using this urgent care facility. They seem to know how to do emergency care really well."

"I was feeling under the weather, and was not excited about going to the ER. Decided to go here, and that was a wise choice. The staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful. Had several tests, an IV, and they even filled a prescription.. I was felling better that same evening. I can easily recommend, and will use again if needed."
