"Patients for 8+ years - loved ability to see nurse practitioners for well woman care. I saw Dr, Rockamann during my pregnancy - amazing care, above and beyond. She treated me as a whole person, explained everything and really was outstanding at communicating care. I had to be induced for medical reasons and after a very long induction, she stayed after her call ended to deliver my baby. I ended up having complications and my care was incredibly well managed in the delivery room and afterwards."

"Have been going to this place for nearly 17 years and have always had a good experience. Dr. Klabi is a wonderful doctor who is quick with my wellness exams, but takes the time to answer all of my questions. She has always steered me in the right direction when figuring out the best medication for me, and her kindness and sense of humor helps to alleviate any awkwardness or tension I have. On many occasions I have also had a nurse practitioner handle my exam instead, and they have been just as wonderful."

"So far I haven't been that impressed with the office staff. I've been given wrong information more than once and talked down to about the process regarding particulars about my appointments. There has been miscommunication and it's frankly disappointing that the systems in place don't account for all staff to be in tune with their own processes. Instead, patients have to call more than once about things, only to be given different answers each time. I've also not been told about charges ahead of time such as with my husband's FMLA paperwork. They tacked a $20 charge for processing that onto my balance and didn't tell us 2 months prior when we gave them the paperwork there would be a charge."

"I have been sorely disappointed in the level of care I received here postpartum. This office is strictly about quantity over quality. My last encounter proved this. They "squeezed me" in for an issue the day I called. To not divulge too much person information, I had to be referred for an ultrasound and mammogram. The nurse I saw at the office who was abrupt and borderline rude at my appt assured me they would follow up after my tests. After my tests and after I received my abnormal results from the Breast Center which had some info in them I didn't understand, I called the office here. I was chastised for calling, they told me I need to call the Breast Center and they went over the results with me there, however, my lab results said follow up with my doctor. But I don't call quest about bloodwork so I don't get the belittling for calling MY doctor for clarification. I was scheduled for a biopsy, the nurse said they would call me after that. But nothing. No calls. Nothing. I'm disappointed. You're testing someone for cancer and you don't care? I will be moving my care elsewhere."

"Love this place. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. Dr. Rempe is my OB and she's awesome. She listens, makes and effort to minimise stress or worry and is very down to earth/personable. She delivered my son & I have nothing but good things to say about her & this practice."
