"AVOID THIS PLACE!! Dear fellow patients, I am a new patient who has a disabled child and husband and a full-time job, so my time is very precious to me and I was made to wait 45 minutes past my appointment!! I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment and another 50 minutes went by without being seen, so I simply left without even being treated. Even though I have severe back pain that I desperately need treatment for. I have not met Dr. Miller because I left before being seen so I am not complaining about him, but I am writing to complain about the arrogant, mean, “entitled” secretary that gave me attitude every time I asked her “how much longer before I can be seen”. I have a disabled husband and child at home and I work full time, so every minute is precious in my busy life and when I asked her if that’s the usual delay time every time I have an appointment she replies with an attitude: “yeh, that’s the usual delay time” well, waiting 45 minutes each time I have an appointment is not acceptable. I apologize, Dr. Miller for not waiting for my appointment, but I had to pick up my son from daycare and rush home to care for my blind husband, I wish your office staff were kinder and more professional."
