"I wish I could leave negative stars. I don't even know where to start. During our consultations I was always the one that had to drive the conversation. It was always me suggesting new treatment plans because she could never even remember what she put me on or what I had been on even though I sent them a list in writing of what i've taken, my reactions etc. The conversations were incredibly forced and awkward. I was basically playing doctor because she could not. My mental health was only getting worse and her lack of interest in my well-being was so apparent it was horrifying. I felt so hopeless/helpless. To make things more entertaining for them they CONSTANTLY were submitting my scripts wrong and to random pharmacies all over the city. It was almost comical. Every time I needed a script I wondered where in the city I'd be venturing to. This is even after I would text them multiple times about correct dosages and my preferred location. Eventually the doctor decided I was too complicated and on a call abruptly told me she couldnt treat me anymore. I expressed my concern about my mental state and need for meds and how upset I was and her response was "Why? because you cant get what you want?" My mind was blown. I had never spoke to her in such demeanor to warrant her hostility. She told me id have one month of refills on all my meds to find a new doctor. Uh ok. Well that didnt work out so well. They only submitted refills for half my meds and when I inquired about the rest of them the office text me " She prescribed what she prescribed, there is nothing we can do." So now I am panicking trying to find a psychiatrist while I withdraw from multiple meds. I am miserable both physically and mentally. It is just so sad to be treated like this when you are already mentally ill. If you are actually serious about getting better stay as far away from this office as you can. They are so incompetent and if your case is challenging you will get blind sided and dropped without any medication. Them being in practice is a threat to individuals well-being. I have never had issues with any of my previous psychiatrist but with this office it was constant and piled on more stress to an already chaotic life."
