"I went to dr Lenorz in July of last yr on a work comp injury first of all his bed side manners suck as a patient your already nervous and he's rude and acts like he's better than u. I had to get surgery on both elbows .now 1 yr later im still in pain probly worse than before this man touched me I wouldn't recommend him to anyone that is seriously hurting because at the end of the day if your doctor don't care or rude go to another Dr nerves are funny and I struggle everyday because of him please seek elsewhere"
"I went to another Dr. (before seeing Dr. Minges) that Dr. told me my whole issue was posture. I cried there knowing I was in serious pain and couldn’t even walk to my car in their parking lot. That Dr. had my (dreadful) MRI clearing stating I had a herniated disc. Even the Urgent care Dr. and chiropractor told me I had one. I fought and fought and I got to see Dr. Minges and he freed me from my horrible pain by listening and checking me over and looking at my MRI. He then sent me for shots and PT. I love their office and I believe if you need help they are your team. The staff was so incredibly nice to me too. If your in pain I would highly recommend Dr. Minges and the team."
"I've been in pain from a work injury so I was referred here by workers comp. At my first visit, he treated me like he didn't believe I had any pain. Once he realized there was an issue, he finally took an interest in my treatment. After three months of MRIs and a month of physical therapy and shots specifically to rule out neurological issues (which I've been saying all along that it was soft tissue damage but he never explored that option), he tells me there is nothing left to do. I suggested physical therapy because it was the only thing that gave me relief and he declined. I suggested a trigger point injection to the location that's been giving me issues and he declined. So now I'm left with the same amount of pain as I came in with and no solution and no explanation for the lack of treatment for my pain. It is my understanding that an orthopedic doctor treats the musculoskeletal system, so why wasn't the soft tissue examined at all? I'd love to wake up without pain one day."
"I went to see Dr lenardz after I was referred to him by my pain management Dr after an accident on the job. I seen him and he had MRI and xrays ordered so on my follow up visit he informed me that I needed surgery for a torn rotator cuff and a few other problems. We set the date for surgery and was ready to go but before I left to await surgery he prescribed me a pain medication that I am allergic to so when I was talking with his administration person getting all the paperwork together for surgery I informed her that I didn't need the prescription for pain because I was in pain management and the meds he prescribed I was allergic to. The lady for some reason took serious offence to what I told her so after I left she took it upon herself to call my pain management Dr and told her that I was trying to get different medications from Dr lenarz which was completely not true at all. The medication he prescribed was a schedule narcotic and I could have left with it but I told them that I was in pain management and had meds and also was allergic to that particular medication. Now you have to understand that due to this injury being work related and a lawsuit was going on with my employer my attorney advised me to record all Dr visits with my phone so no mistakes could be made during the law suit. I called Dr lenardz office and told him that his nurse had called and told an untrue story about what had happened and he said no she didn't so I asked them to please wait and I played the entire visit back to them. MAN did this make them mad and embarrassed!!! Well long story short they dropped me as a patient and asked for the original recording, I said I would give them a copy but was within my rights to record the visit and made them admit to me that it is legal to record Dr visits in Missouri. They continued to try and cause problems with my pain management Dr as well but I had the proof of there lies voice recorded. It was the most unprofessional act I have ever encountered with a Dr and that includes my employers Drs they hired also which are paid by my employers to discredit my injuries. I would never ever see this Dr ever because if he would pull something like this to try and cover his tracks about double scripting narcotics. He also tried every way in the world to cause me problems with other DRs as well. Stay away from this Dr and his staff because they are the most dishonest folks I ever dealt with. I am also in the process of meeting with the medical review board about his and his staffs actions. I would have no reason to make this up and although they tried to make life difficult for me with my other Drs it didn't work. Who knows what they actually do with other pacients to try and cover mistakes. I hope the review board pulls all his records to see how many times things like this and other situations have occurred. Please for your own safety and convenience see another surgeon as there are some really good honest Drs in the St Louis area. Thanks for looking. Sincerely, L. Dean Miller"
"i put off shoulder surgery and lived with a lot of pain for several years. With an MRI disc and a different doctor's assessment in hand , I went to see Dr Lenarz to get a second opinion. Dr Lenarz and his staff were very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained the repair process and quickly pointed out a torn bicep as well which was overlooked by the first doctor and would have caused me an additional surgery at a later date! Follow up care was second to none. I am seven months post surgery now and doing great. The best part is I can throw a baseball with my son now!!! Thank you Dr Lenarz! Sincerely, Jeff Hoskins."
