"The staff at this location are professional and friendly! The clinic is very clean and organized! As a previous X-ray and mammogram technologist myself, I feel that the mammogram technologist was very knowledgeable in her positioning and technique! I would highly recommend going to this facility!"
"Wednesday morning I had bloodwork done here. The phlebotomist had an unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor. Subsequent to telling her my PMH including fainting and broken tailbone with fasting blood draws she had nothing to say. The blood draw was painful. I believe she punctured my vein as my arm still hurts and I have a huge bruise. BJC, do better. Hire better. Train better. We are your patients. Treat us with professionalism, compassion and decency. If this phlebotomist hates her job so much, she should find another job."
"Why have appointment times if you're going to have to wait over half an hour after them to see your doctor? Why not let every other person checked in after you go first? That's what we call BJC quality care."
"Poorly trained mammogram technicians. They placed my breast on the plate and said don't move your feet from their location because that will move the chest and breast. Then proceeded to want to move my shoulder into a new location. Well the skeleton is all connected. If you tell me not to move my feet nor rotate my chest, the shoulder can't move from it current position. So she kept trying to rip my skin and arm off even after I told her it hurt a lot. She kept telling me the shoulder needed to be moved forward without moving the rest of my skeleton with it. That's not how anatomy works. Place the arm/shoulder/body and then place the squishy thing that's malleable. That's how all my other mammos have been done. I've never had a mammogram experience as crummy as this in over a decade of yearly mammos. Continuing to hurt someone after they've told you it hurts makes you a heartless person. Upon leaving, they also said, you don't want to die of cancer do you? There are many other options in St.Louis to run a mammogram, I don't have to sit through your mistreatment to get cancer screening. Don't recommend this place to anyone."
"Organization is great"
