"I wrote a reply about billing and if you’re overweight they treat you like garbage. Not to mention misdiagnose people. And their reply to my review was their nurse practitioner can help me with my weight loss needs. Classic. No worries, I found a GYN doc that actually cares about women’s healthcare needs. ALSO they billed my well woman visit wrong and keep billing me even though I’ve called them several times asking them to correct their mistake. And they tell me it’s because I have to update COB. Maybe actually learn something about insurance billing before you bill your patients incorrectly. Oh but wait, you only care about money not women’s health"

"My doctor, who I love, went to another practice, so I went too. This office, my old office, charged me money to transfer my medical records to the new location. I find that creepy."

"Not what it used to be. All but one doctor has left. That is an obvious sign of the deterioration of the practice. Steer clear. Unfortunately, due to the last doctor standing, they will charge you to leave and follow your doctor. One you’ve built a relationship with and are comfortable with. They also will fail to supply you with proper instructions and be of no help navigating the change. A ridiculous and unnecessary decision they have made out of spite and jealousy. Unfortunately this practice is nothing what it was before. All the good doctors have left. Especially Dr. Christi Menges. She has gone to BJC. Take my advice and go elsewhere. Sad to see what it turned into, happy to move on from it. In healthcare the most important part of deciding on a doctor is trust. And I don’t trust this place for one second. Pass!"

"This clinic is absolutely amazing! Fantastic OB care from Dr McDonald and her team. She also has a wonderful collaboration with Dr Garrett for chiropractic care. 30 weeks pregnant and had my first adjustment with Dr Garrett and my body feels like pre-pregnancy. All the aches were immedietly resolved! Highly highly recommend for a well balanced and comprehensive OB care!!"
