"Me and my family went in here ready to spend a good amount of money on knives and other souvenirs. Immediately left after interacting with the staff. The older lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful as soon as we walked through the door, completely cutting us off before we could even finishing asking a question. As well as just being extremely curt when trying to ask about specific items that may or may not carry. Would never spend money here much less set foot in the shop again. There are plenty of other shops in the area that deserve the business. Will gladly be taking our business elsewhere."

"Very bad service, disrespectful that I ever received. I was coughing because my throat was itchy, and the lady there was so rude asked me why I was coughing, I totally understand with caution but she can ask me nicely to wear my mask or ask me for my Covid vaccinations card. I rather don’t give any star if an option. I will never go in there again ever. A lot of nicer places that sell knives and the sell lady should get trained to be more respectful to customers either what nationality they are. So disappointed and upset how she treat customers, I work in the hospitality career and this is make me feel so sad the way she acted!!! I went there 08/12/2021 around 11:30am"
"Go to the one in Lebanon - it is much better (bigger and friendlier people). The woman who was working was not friendly in the least. It is a nice, clean, well organized store. No public restroom, though! Case is a great place to buy something for newly weds, house warming gifts, interesting kitchen items."
