"I've shopped at this store for about 28 years now. All my computers (desktops and laptops), printers, and all the associated peripherals have come through this store. Sound systems to TV's. There are certain brands that I prefer, and I trust Best Buy to back the products I purchase. They've never disappointed me in all those 28 years."
"Store was fine. Clean and well stocked with Laptops. Salesman was "reasonably" educated, but he sold me a $1,000+ Laptop promising a 10% discount if I applied for and bought it with the Best Buy Credit card. I questioned whether that was on the CURRENT purchase, and he clarified that it was. ...It wasn't. So I got a ding to my credit score, for a card I didn't want, for $100 in "rewards" dollars at Best Buy (which I won't be getting). I haven't shopped at Best Buy for years because of a similar previous experience. Ill give them a 10 year break this time - what do you bet they are not here by then..."
"I give them a 5 STAR because they deserve the credit, but.. The Geek Squad needs more personnel for customer service.. I waited well over an hour, close to hour and half. Just to speak with Geek Squad customer service and there was only one person in front of me."
