"While I was shopping, my daughter asked about using a bathroom. I get not letting adults use the restroom, but a dancing 10 year old being told to go across the parking lot to find a restroom is awful. No excuse. Worked retail for many years and always took care of the small kids, always. Because I knew letting a parent leave to find a bathroom 100% meant they weren't coming back."

"My daughter and I love this store, however, because of schedules, we always shopped on Sunday. We haven't been able to make it back since. Wish they would re-open on Sunday."

"Be very careful. They obviously are not as particular about what they take as I thought they were. I purchased a few items and when I got home and really took a look at them, one of them was all unraveling. I thought I was getting a deal, but not so much when I can't wear it. Buyer beware..... check the garment carefully before purchasing. UPDATE: They did contact me and were willing to take the items back. Kudos to them."

"We have been doing business with the clothing exchange since their inception. Today we drove 40 miles round trip to take our mother who is on hospice with stage 4 metastatic cancer to bring clothes that no longer fit to sell and hopefully purchase items in her current size. When our mom showed the young employee a basket of folded items, she didn’t even look at them and barked that they couldn’t take them because they weren’t on hangers. She immediately pulled out a card and in a very snarky tone, said their policy has been the same for 10 years that items had to be pressed and hung on hangers. She said the policy was to have wrinkle free items. Several weeks prior when we were in, this was apparently not an enforced policy. Regardless, the majority of the items were knit type sweaters and shoes. An older employee was very nice and tried to help by offering to give us some hangers. When I said I could go put everything on a hanger, that was not good enough for the younger girl who quickly interjected in a very rude manner that we had to take them home and bring them back on hangers. Not sure how that changes anything. After this experience, I decided to clear out my account and probably will never return. Update to the owner response: The items were cleaned and pressed and had just been taken off the hangers just prior to coming to the store. The snarky employee wouldn’t even look at them. They could have been placed on the hangers given and been just fine. Incidentally, as I walked through the store, I noticed many items with wrinkles as well as some cheap brand items priced very high. A better choice might be eBay going forward!"

"Clean, well organized and decent prices. If I were a local this would be a regular haunt for me. Staff was pleasant and everything was clean and well marked. The dressing rooms had plenty of room to move around in as well as plenty of sturdy hooks to hang selections on which was very nice too, though the lighting is not flattering at all. Not sure what could be done about it but I'm sure it would increase sales. ;)"
