"I went to lunch at Branson Landing and stopped by the store. I have been looking for a quality knife set for a few months but was hesitant to buy. I believe her name was Angela or Jane who helped me and explained the quality and difference between the knife sets. I finally decided on the purchase thanks to her help. I wandered through the store, and another associate helped me find the pastry cutter. I wished I remembered her name. She was super helpful and friendly at the register as was everyone in the store. Clerk 9 on Saturday 6/18 around 530."
"I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience today at Kitchens! The staff greeted me warmly as I stepped in...a bright, cheerful shop with aromas of freshly brewed teas and coffees (free samples!) that beckon you as you walk in! I spent quite awhile just browsing. Their inventory is plentiful but not so much that you feel overwhelmed. I was impressed that staff members made swipes through the store, just being available if any of us shoppers had questions...which several of us did. Wish I had more time to browse. My kind of store!! And after I checked out, finished a long tiring day of shopping/browsing, returned to our resort several miles away, I discovered an error on my bill...a quick call to Teresa, the manager, and she corrected it immediately over the phone. We have friends that travel here often. I’ll be spreading the word! You don’t find such customer support as this very often these days. Greatly appreciated. ❤️"
