"NP Chelsea lied on my VA medical appointment and caused a denial of the claim. I went to an appointment with Chelsea March 2023. I described my symptoms in great detail to the nurses practitioner. She smirked made a strange sound , touchen the affected area for like 2 seconds then dismissed me. After receiving correspondence from the VA DENYING my claim due to her false description of the symptoms, I called the office and demanded she rewrite the report and fwd it to the VA."
