"If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. I went in the store and did a very routine purchase where I should have gotten some of the advertised in store rewards. When I went to checkout, none of them printed. I asked the girl at the register if their catalina was working, and her and the other girl at checkout said one of their coworkers said it wasn't working right that morning. Typically when this happens, they will offer to credit my account, since getting them printed from Catalina takes 4-6 weeks to receive in the mail. The girl at checkout was very rude, and told me that they never do that and they wouldn't do it for me. I left with my things, as I had to go back to work. The next day, my wife went in to talk to the store manager as we were advised to by another Walgreens in the area. She went in with the receipt, as well as screenshots of the rewards I was supposed to receive. They first tried to tell her that the items did not qualify, without even looking at the receipt, and that's why it did not print. My wife told them this was incorrect, and gave them the receipt to look at. Their excuse after seeing my items were correct, was that the catalina wasn't broken. My wife informed her that one of her employees even told me it was not working correctly. The manager actually laughed at my wife. My wife told her that when it doesn't work at the other Walgreens they are more than happy to credit me, as I did not get the deals that the store itself advertised. She laughed again at my wife and said "Well go there then." I will never be returning to this Walgreens again. Even if you're not couponing, the customer service here is absolutely disgusting."

"I usually don't write bad reviews, but when I left I was so irritated. I saw kitty litter $11.99 clearance $2.99 I was excited I grabbed a cart from the front and took all 5 boxes because what a deal! I even took a picture before I moved the boxes into my cart.. then I found like 5 mickey mouse stuffed animals on the 50% off valentine isle so I grabbed one for my 4 month old son. I get up there to check out,the mickey is $20 and the litter is $13.99!! He looked at my photo then went and removed the tag and said all he could do was 50% off the litter. I left the cart. I used to work at walgreens, they honor the price that's marked especially if it's their own employees fault. When my husband called up there to complain to a manager about how I was treated they called me a liar and said that I moved the boxes for a deal. I moved 5 kitty litter boxes 4 months postpartum.. Wayne Box would be ashamed.."

"Got our flu and Covid vaccinations this week. Always impressed by the efficiency of the pharmacist and staff even in the busiest times of day."

"Pharmacist named Brian is the worst. Went to fill a pain script. (controllied substance) for my husband with three herniated discs, only because my regular pharmacy was closed. He asked legitimate questions, but treated me like a criminal. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy ever!!! My 8year son takes ADHD medication, and the doctors office called it in over a week ago when I called I was told by a lady named Wendy it would be done within the hour I go up there and they say no the pharmacist Jeff said oh no we don't have it we are out do you want me to order it I said absolutely yes he said it will be here Monday! So Monday came and went I called yesterday and was told by the pharmacist Jeff oh it's on back order so I asked when will it be available and he tells me what do you want me to do go home and make it!!! I just about lost it so I called the store and spoke to the manager of the store John to make a complaint on jeff well John was awesome he called around and found a store for me that has it. I will not be going back to the store ever again nor will my family members."
