CVS

"Absolutely the worst CVS and CVS employees I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had my prescriptions delivered from another CVS until I moved here to Arkansas. I had my scripts moved here and I have to call every single month because they do not know how to send out a prescription by mail. I pay for CVS delivery, but they never do it until I call. They have been so rude as to tell me to change pharmacies because I am having problems with them and they don't care about me as a customer. Then they charged me $5.49 for delivery when I already pay monthly for delivery. They told me they forgot to enter my number, so they charged me, but they still wouldn't refund the charge. I am having my prescriptions moved to another CVS."

"1 star is 1 star to many for this pharmacy. The Staff here has the worst customer service. It takes way to long to fill perscriptions or they are constantly out of your perscription and in turn have to wait multiple days to even get anything filled. With how much I spend on insurance I would think I would be allowed to pick my own pharmacy but unfortunately this joke of a pharmacy is who my insurance states I need to use. If you can go elsewhere I would strongly urge you to this place is a joke."

"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY! This pharmacy is always out of even the most popular prescriptions. On multiple occasions I've called & confirmed that my scripts were ready, drive 30min wait in line for ever & told "oh we don't have it inventory." With a nice helping of bad attitude and from management and staff. My Dr's have told me they are rude and condescending to them when they call. They have even messed up my wifes script once luckily it was caught before I walked out the door. The pharmacy manager is rude, lazy, a lier, very unprofessional, and unorganized. They can't keep good pharmacists because of the pharmacy managers lazy attitude. Ive noticed they've had 3 since I've been there in a year."

"This CVS store offers customers regular shopping hours while the pharmacy stays open offering a 24-hour pharmacy service. I really enjoy shopping here to save money utilizing CVS discount coupons. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always willing to help me in locating items. The pharmacy prepared my prescription so quickly which was a huge help to me. I highly recommend this store."

"Daughter had to get medicine from visit at urgent care. We just moved to the area, and daughters insurance was not accepted. The pharmacist helped us out and was able to reduce our cost by $60! He went above and beyond!! And it was after 8pm too!! Very impressed with this service. Thank you!!"
