"This place saved my life. I absolutely love the staff. They have helped me in so many ways. Text reminders and easy to call in to refill my meds. It took a hot second to get in with a doctor etc but after that, it's been nothing but smooth sailing. I love Burrell ❤️"
"This business has ghosted my friend after his recent suicidal issues and fails to set up appointments or help despite saying they did, seeing friends and family get worse due to more than incompetence is more than irritating. I used to use Burrell's services about 10 years ago and they did help me then Unfortunately they have changed to be highly disorganized and unreliable these years with mutiple friends and family I recommend trying some other mental clinics also remember if your income is low enough you generally qualify for most places or insurances for these places"
"My care has been wonderful since coming here. I do understand the mental health crisis right now and things take time as there are a lot of people in need, so I am being patient with being paired with a therapist. But they got me in psych services right away, my meds have all been filled on time when I request them, and they have been available to help me through crisises. They're always kind and friendly when coming in. This place is qonderdul."
"I contacted Burrell health for help November 2022 seeking therapy and was told it would take 60-90 days to get scheduled with a therapist. It will be a year and I STILL have not been scheduled with a therapist and given NO explanation as to why. Not only that but every time I've called to follow up I'm told I Will get a callback but NO ONE has ever called me back. The only call I've received from them was to collect copay money. I don't know why I'm being ignored but am absolutely disappointed that I wasted my time thinking they were genuinely trying to help me."
"Impossible to get an appointment. I’ve been waiting over 5 months to talk to someone about tapering off my meds that have horrible side effects. Each time my appointment nears, I get a call stating I need to reschedule and their next available is always MONTHS out. They canceled me again today and told me the next available is in the middle of December. That’s 7 months I’ve been waiting for a dosage DECREASE. It’s almost as if you have to have an actual crisis to get a simple appointment. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere."
