"If you want to be treated and have the right care this clinic is not Right for you. They don't treat staff fair, there is NO STAFFING. Refills takes weeks, can't get prior authorization for meds theyvare 6-8weeks out they say but it's longer. The office manager can't not get people hired, i dont know is that one even tries. And she does not call back either. All the good nurses quit. For get about insulin that is not concern them. They need reported and shut down. You can't get anyone call back. And all the office manager does is gaslight you. You will not have care here plz go to cox or anywhere. They are waiting for law suit. They deserve what lawsuits coming."

"Never get my calls on my test results. Never have the dr. Work with me on finding the underline issues. Switched endo became of that and a whole lot of other issues but still in the same office. Like not getting my pump referral in when I was running low on my pump supplies for the Animas that went out of business. Gave them over a month's notice on needing the referral. Had to call them and complain about why my referral haven't gone in yet. Finally got a call from the pump supply place that I was going to go through and they said they only put the pump referral in the day that I called and complained about it. Very unorganized! Then they blamed it all on a nurse that they claim they fired. We'll see how this new doctor there goes but I feel like I may have to find a new endocrinologist."

I was very fearful going in to see a specialist for my issue but he and his staff were so fantastic that whatever happens, I know I'm in good hands.
