"I don’t like doing negative reviews. This is not about individual people. Individually, everyone is great. But when my doctor and my PA don’t seem to be able to agree on my care, do multiple procedures without any marked success, and then say “we can refer you to an outside clinic”. YOU ALL ARE THE OUTSIDE CLINIC! I’m a disabled veteran. I CHOSE you all over the VA because I trust you more than the VA. I may have been wrong about that. I’ve always believed the private sector could do a better job than the government, but Mercy makes the government look efficient and competent by comparison. Absolutely disgusted with the way Mercy operates these days."

"Dr. Broadnax seemed very nice and appeared to want to help with the back pain. Since Mercy wants to run patients thru like cattle to get all the revenue they can he has little time for each patient. The hospital consistently over charges them weeks later reimburses. But, if you expect empathy, consideration or compassion, go elsewhere.The staff, are completely rude, insulting and uncaring what people are going through. They act like everyone is drug seeking because they are in pain. I've never asked for, nor been offered pain meds. I want the problem fixed not hidden. But still they act as though they are above everyone and people that come there are dirt. I was told when I couldn't get my two week appointment for six weeks, that's the way it goes, in a very rude tone as shr hustled me to the door. I'm keeping this next appointment, but if nothing is done I'll look elsewhere. I would give the physician five stars, but as a whole when you factor in the staff it ruins the place,"

"This Mercy clinic has the worst insurance coordinators in the entire world. Inept person/persons should be terminated. No excuse for not doing your job. In pain? No worries! They will keep you that way."

"I've never had issues with the staff at this clinic. The only issue I have is the hospital decision to no longer sedate for the injections it should be the patients decision. They are extremely painful and when you experience daily pain you shouldn't have to experience more when it's not necessary. Other than that they've always helped"

"My mother got a referral back in July, the first time, this place said they did not recieve it so she had the doctor resend it. 2 weeks later, she called to see if they got it, and they tell her they misplaced it. So the doctor had to send it a third time. She had to drive 60 miles to get here just to make an appointment. A week later, a day before her appointment, they call her and cancel her appointment. They rescheduled her for 2 weeks out. So she drives another 60 miles, gets there, checks in upstairs, goes downstairs, waits in line for over 5 minutes. She gets to the counter and they refused to see her because she was 3 minutes late to her appointment. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent business I have ever seen in my life. They have no regard for their patients. If I could, I would rate this 0 stars."
