Came here and everyone was so nice and made us feel so much better. They took care of her cut quickly and were so professional! Will definitely only come here if an urgent care issue ever comes up again!"

"I've been coming to family medical urgent care for years. I live in Ozark and have tried 3 times to go to the Cox urgent care in Ozark because it's closer and they were never helpful. Family medical clinic has never let me down. I'm willing to drive the extra 15 minutes for good medical care."

"I went here last year for a cold. I saw a PA his name was Kevin something. They charged me $150.00 to tell me I wasn’t sick at all. I felt really sick. I am thankful that somebody in my family is in the medical profession because when I saw them they told me that I had white spots all over my throat and that I needed antibiotics. The PA at this clinic told me I had problems because of “drainage” in my throat. I asked what kind of drainage and really he just confused me and was making up crap. I have tried to appeal their cost. Nothing. Now I have a Debt Collector calling me all the time, wanting $150 for a bogus doctor visit. They say on the website that they have qualified professionals, but I do not agree with that statement at all. I’m thankful I have a good nurse in the family that was able to tell me that I was sick because the PA definitely lied to me. Or he is just not knowledgeable enough to know. I was not prescribed any medicine I was just sent home and told I wasn’t sick. I just can’t believe it cost me that much money for nothing to happen. If you have to go to urgent care, there’s so many great ones in the city, I do not recommend this one."

The NP Laura Miller was an absolute Godsend and helped me with something that I had been dealing with for over 10 years, that no one else would help me with. 10/10 recommend this place over any other urgent care service."

"Real health care at a great price. I've been here twice, once 10 years ago they stitched up a cut on my hand, and recently they treated me for a dog bite on the wrist. Got 3 x-rays and antibiotics too. Great work, totally professional. Any bad review here is probably from a person who needs services beyond what a walk-in clinic (any walk-in clinic) can offer. This is a great option up to the point where you might need a specialist.. SUPER VALUE for the money."
