They always have my kratom ready for me. And they take the time to have conversations. "Ashley, the heavy set girl, which I just heard is the manager, needs to take customer service classes. She is very rude and unprofessional. She never greets anyone when they come in which is fine I suppose, but if she actually looked to see who was there, which I am all the time, she wouldn't have to keep asking if I am a rewards member, which every time I answer, yes. The newer girl is a sweetheart and always remembers me when I come in. We live right across the street and that is why I continue to shop at this location. Although it's probably time to switch stores. Ashely just can't seem to handle what she is doing. She always complains about something. She is a total buzzkill. She needs to go."
