"Why does the pizza always taste freezer burnt??? Other than that it's awesome coffee is good overall good except their hot foods.. Always freezerburnt. why? It doesn't really matter the 711 either... its always freezer burnt . They should do something to make their hot food better"

"The employee who appears to be trans assumes all animals are emotional support animals and thinks it's ok to ask for documentation. That is not acceptable. The only question allowed to be asked is if the animal is working. The prejudice at work in this store is unacceptable."

"I would say you should just demo this whole thing and then start fresh. Employees are rude. I guess they don’t even know when their own pumps aren’t working but will definitely let you go ahead and pay for gas on pumps that don’t work. And then the cashier decided to say oh you realized the pump didn’t work. I work across the street it is the closest gas station to my job and I would much rather go without than deal with being made to feel stupid and then talked to like it’s my fault or problem. This isn’t the first nor the second time I’ve dealt with RUDE cashiers in this specific 7-11 why would I want to deal with a rude 7-11 cashier on my 30 minute break just trying to get food and gas.?"

"It pains me to give it 1 stat. It should have 0. I gave cashier $16 for $9.84 in merchandise and put thw rest in gas. Get to pump and only $2.16 is prepaid. Went back in told cashier should have been $5.16 so says no your wrong. I couldnt believe it. I said i can wait if u can count your drawer to see im telling u the truth. He said no I cant, theirs deposots all day so theirs no way to tell how much is on the drawer. "Really". A lady start yelling "who do u think u are, get out of my store before I call the police." I have never been so disrespected in my life. How do people lile this get to theae positions. So. 7-11 stole from me today. Unlucky for them i know when to pick my battles."
