"This restaurant is very hit or miss, like the other fast food places. The food is sometimes good but sometimes undercooked. The service is sometimes good but sometimes screw up your order or be mean. Just depends on how busy it is. Also, the bbq boneless wings is probably the worst things i put in my mouth beside… other stuff"

"Gosh what to say except: I hate that this Arby's is well above par. Their meats are horribly delicious and their staff are awfully adequate. I have eaten too much roast beef from here. 9/10"

"I know they're a Beef restaurant so take this rating with a grain of salt. The fried Chicken sandwich was horrible. Not sure what they are frying it with or extra flavoring ... It tasted like a bullion cube. Horrible. As an aside.. the drive through person decided to keep my debit card through out the whole process and was. Shocked that I said that was. Not cool. I'm not saying she/them perpetrated any fraud but.... not have ones card for 3 or 4 minutes makes one nervous. Will not go back. Bad experience."

"This location has gone majorly downhill - to the point of it being not edible. I came through 3 weeks ago and got hard pieces of beef (like plastic-hard) in both of my roast beef sandwiches. I asked for a refund and was given a refund - no big deal. I thought I would try it again 3 weeks (and sone change) later. Unfortunately, I got the same garbage (pictured). I asked for a refund (again) for the 2 sandwiches I received, but wanted to warn others about making the sake mistake. They’re sending out plastic-y roast beef and when pointed out 3 weeks ago - didn’t change anything. Might want to try a different restaurant."
