"Imagine your loved one is having a very expensive surgery. You’re in the waiting area and decide to grab a cup of coffee from a machine, not even a person making it. To your surprise this machine requires you to swipe your credit card for $3.00 for a cup of coffee. Come on, waiting room coffee is supposed to be a courtesy, a small way of saying “thanks for spending many multiple thousands of dollars with us. Enjoy 50¢ worth of coffee on us”. Do you really have to nickel and dime us to death? Do better."

"As soon as I walked in You could see my left side of face was extremely swollen. They took my blood pressure and took me to a room. I never even sat in the waiting room. The nurse came in and she was so sweet and did all my vitals and then the doctor came in and said I needed to get a scan. She was so kind and made sure I was comfortable. It took a little while for someone to get me for my test. The gentleman that did my test was very nice and professional, and thanked the gentleman Who wheeled me down for my test. The doctor the nurse and staff were excellent. I was in a lot of pain. They made me very comfortable thank you."

"Today’s date February 17, 2024 at work cleaning Snow off cars at a car dealership when I slipped on the ice and it felt like a pulled hamstring extreme Extremely painful . Another employee took me to the emergency room at 10 AM. 9 1/2 hours later I’m still waiting for test results. Did I mention there was not one person in the waiting room when I came in. Not one. Heaven help us if there was a real Natural disaster."

"I was at the Mercy South Hospital for surgery and then put in ICU for one night and two days. The Vascular Surgeon was excellent, my day and night nurses were very friendly, helpful and professional. The hospital policy of allowing family and friends to be present during and after the surgery was helpful in speeding my recovery. The only small glitch I experienced was in receiving my first meal due to the first attempt at delivery going to the wrong room. Any attempt to need assistance was promptly met with my nurses demonstrating friendly, caring concern. In short, I could not be more pleased with the staff charged with my care. Ted W."
