Then shawn lee and jamie jones lied to me, cancelled my ride to an eye appt causing me to leave a space open but I got cred for it. Two yrs later I still don't have anything I raised hell about. No glasses. Can't even get foot cream. They labelled me as a threat for calling out their manipulation, which is what narcissists do. So Imma keep dragging tbeir names out for bad behavior. "My husband has been going to VA's since 2007. We have never had a more pleasant, friendly and kind experience. Every staff member we encounter were so kind and friendly. You can tell they love working there. You walk by a staff member in the hallway and they smile and say hi. I asked my husband if he's ever experienced this type of interaction at the VA brfore. "Many of the staff here are caring and good. The few issues I encounter are usually small with just a few exceptions. This VA in particular nearly cost me my life when a nurse gave me an injection with a dirty needle that caused me to go into sepsis. Otherwise, most of the issues I have arrive are from policy that is not specific to this VA. For example being refused mental health care outside the VA system (100% service connected), even with a PCP consult. Any vet seeking mental health should be able to get it in a way they choose regardless of VA facility location. Not all vets trust or choose VA mental health services. Those guys tend to suck at the VA and have in the past, broken trust."

"One of the better VA hospital in the state of Missouri! I took a veteran there for a 9:00 & 10:30 appointment. By 9:10 he was done with the first, in early for the 2ND (9:50), and was done with his MRI and out the door at 10:45!"
