"My husband and I run our own Construction company and we are working a vandalism claim from one of their clients. We met with an adjuster at the property to go over the damages and was able to communicate with her for a few days. After that she just disappeared and won't answer calls or messages and will never call back. The client has active sewage leaking under their house and we're still not able to communicate with anyone. Horrible customer service!! Unreliable claims adjusters! I personally would not recommend them for anything."
