"This location gives St. Francis a bad name. From the parking lot to the Drs to the lab to the layout-- AWFUL. Seriously witnessed a car accident in their parking lot and have been nearly hit multiple times. One of the cars that nearly hit me was a Labcorp vehicle. If you make it into the building without incident you're then met with a desk to direct you to go to another area to wait to go to another desk to then get told to go where you know you needed to go all along. You then have to pass the Urgent Care people with whom you just mingled with in the 3 step checkin area to get to the elevators. From there you pass another useless desk of staff for what? -- Only the picture of Surgery Jesus knows. Once you finally get to an examination room you're met with Nurses and Doctors that have 0 interest in your questions or concerns or your schedule. They don't answer questions or provide common courtesies. They get frustrated when you ask them to change an appointment time because they did what they're best at and ASSUMED they knew what time,/date fit your schedule. They don't communicate key information and provide verbal instructions that contradict written instructions. If you're required to get lab work -- good luck. Prepare yourself for inexperienced staff that care more about their lunch schedules than preforming tests accurately. I recommend driving 100 miles in any direction with fuel over $4 a gallon to avoid this tragedy of a practice. The only positive of St. Francis was my experience with their billing department (because the check in desk messed up insurance). However the billing department not located at this facility, so I'm not sure it counts."

"My primary care doctor's office is here, also my dermatologist. Also, I usually get all imaging done here. And they have an on site Lab, so I get all my blood drawn here as well. MOST convenient, and all the staff members, and doctors, are pleasant, caring and courteous!!"

"I had been a patient of Dr Smith since late last year for a minor foot issue as I broke my right foot Skiing competing in Racing Downhill skiing 39 year ago. I was very impressed with the Extreme Concern of Dr Abigail Smith. They had quick service, did the foot X-ray on the spot , and a few minutes my foot issue was Resolved better and faster than I thought possible. I was extremely impressed, as I had the best Doctors and technicians, while trying to make the Winter Olympic Downhill racing Team, 42 years ago. It SEEMED TO ME, THAT COPPERTOP FOOT AND ANKLE ,& DR SMITH WERE BETTER THAN THE US SKI TEAM DOCTORS. About ten days ago I had a type two SEVERE REACTION of a specific prescription I was taking. My Feet, Ankles, and entire legs swelled up so large I would have been kicked out of Clown College, because everything was three times normal size. I went to my Personal Doctor , and he sent me directly to the Hospital. Many tests were done and I had no blood clots in my legs and feet. My doctor prescribed a medicine that helps remove excess fluid. I just stopped into CopperTop Foot and Ankle, after 4x40 PM, and they close at 5. I explained I had a minor emergency, could I please be helped? I was scared that my regular doctor was NOT A FOOT AND ANKLE SPECIALIST. DR SMITH , agree to see me even though it was almost closing time. She always is very professional, but that afternoon Dr Smith was extremely caring, but more importantly She knew exactly what to do with my two CLOWN FEET , ANKLES, & LEGS. Dr Smith , implemented a specific plan that GREATLY ENHANCED MY HEALING, and enhanced what my Doctor, Dr Parker Kholfeld of Cape had started. A very energetic, Positive and Highly Trained Foot & Ankle Technician, Rachel came into my treatment room. Wow, Rachel was more than Ready for my Giant Clown Feet, Ankles, and Legs. She had all these different wraps, bandages, and even a Soft cast .It was like She was ready for War, a Super Giant Clown Feet, Ankles & legs War. Rachel performed like the best trainer I ever experienced in High School , College, or my time on the US SKI TEAM. She moved like a orchestral, with many parts and pieces moving together, while wrapping my feet, ankles, and legs almost to the knee. Every wrap was perfectly done. I was astonished how Rachel worked. Rachel achieved the PERFECT WRAPPED TIGHTNESS. Too tight of wrap would have hurt, or even be dangerous for cutting off blood flow. Rachel wrapped a perfect lower body for a week with no pain, and my swelling was removed by over 87 percent. I never seen my swelling.go DOWN so quick!!! Rachel had a determinated smile on her Face, as I could feel the real caring and empathy, She had, just like Dr Smith. She was like at War with my too big for shoes, or Even Clown College, super swollen lower body. Everything hurt, and I was afraid the Excess Fluid could Burst through my Skin. The result of the wrapping of my lower body, was way less pain, and the wrapping had helped squeezed excess fluids from my lower half. Rachel was so smooth, not a wasted move, perfect harmony, and I relaxed because I just knew, my Health, And the real danger I was in , was over!!! Dr Abigail Smith and Rachel had rescued me almost at closing time. Thanks Ladies I can't THANK THEM ENOUGH. COPPERTOP FOOT AND ANKLE HELPED HEAL ME MANY TIMES FASTER AND SAFER THAN I COULD HAVE EVEN IMAGINED. I went in a week later for a follow-up appointment and Dr Smith was very through, checking my entire lower body. Then in Comes CopperTop's Secret Weapon against "Clown Syndrome", Ms Rachael. She re wrapped my lower body again perfectly, achieving the Perfect tightness. Most times I've had a full lower Wrap done, for an injury, you have to take off the wrap usually within hours of having it done. Rachel has achieved perfect harmony, just Perfect Perfect!!! "Dr Vanlandingham is superb. He is professional, knowledgeable, & has the best bedside manner. He is great with my teenage daughter. He is always concerned about how much pain she may be in & takes time to comfort her. He always talks to my toddler when she is with us & has always answered all my questions. I never leave an appointment not 100% happy with his service. I believe he is a superb doctor."
