"My last visit was very good......But back in December I went to the ER and had a horrible experience. I laid suffering (excruciating pain 1-10 a 20). For 30-40 mins. Shaking like I was having a seizure before they would give me something to diminish pain. I begged and pleeded with them for help. I had to ask for my cardiologist before I could seek relief. My behavior wasn't nice because of the pain, but I did apologize for it because that's not my demenor. I just thought you don't go the hospital to suffer that's where you go to receive help.... I don't know what ur protocol is but my pain should have been dealt with in the first 15-20 mins upon my arrival. Especially when they weren't busy just standing at the nurses station....."

"Once, registered I did not have to wait long before going back to interventional radiology. And was prepped for the procedure. The nurses were very helpful in informing me what to expect, and during the procedure, they checked on my comfort frequently. The doctor was also helpful and sensitive to any discomfort I may have had during the procedure. Post procedure, the nurse gave clear instructions and met my son and instructed him on the discharge plan. I could not have been more pleased with the process!!!! Very professional nursing and with much kindness!! Thank you!"

"I went in to have my wrist operated on. It was the same day surgery. The staff at the hospital were amazing. They all were so polite and had such amazing bedside manner. They really made be comfortable and not afraid of surgery. The day after my surgery one of the staff members called me at home to check on me and see how I was doing. I've never had any Hospital do anything like that before. I give him five stars hands down!"
