"Purchased the zebra skin womb chair and ottoman from this outfit. I should have simply returned the chair immediately upon receipt. I think that I was just in absolute shock at the quality of work for a chair at this price point. Their first few offers were to throw in a sheep skin, add the missing piping and make double-sided cushions for an upcharge of a few thousand dollars. I now have to live with a chair that essentially doesn't look anything like the chair advertised. Ultimately, they did remake the cushions without the charge, but it doesn't fix the actual womb chair. I didn't anticipate that this would drive me bananas nearly a year later."
