"I'm about to stop giving them my business I have been waiting on them to replace my washing machine for a whole week now and still haven't got another yet, called and talked to someone yesterday and he started out ok but then became very unprofessional with all of the profanity and I never got out the f hand with him at all. This is the second time this has happened. I shouldn't have to wait this long for them to bring me a replacement washer now they are talking about they will bring it to me first thing Monday morning, I already know they are lying."
