"I worked here for several years. It was a nightmare. I can totally understand customers frustrations. It is for sure the place you go to die. Ryan M. the director of talent, didn't do his job for a year and then when he got called out on it tried to sweep it under the rug. They definitely do not care about you at all. It's 100% about profit and looking good on paper."

"Literally this is the best place to come when you are sick and want to get seen quickly! This is the only place I go especially when my kids are sick and it's to late to get into the Dr. They get you in and within a few hours. I would say they typically have you in a room within 15-20 mins at most The longest I've ever waited is an hour. It's older ya, so there are some things you dont come here for (heart attacks, gunshot, major STAT stuff) But if you think going to the Southside is going to give you better care while you wait 6, 8, 10 + hours to be seen, Bless Your Heart. The same doctors who work at Northside location, literally work at the Southside also...they rotate."

"Although I found zero answers during my Emergency Room visit, I had an extremely comfortable experience at Cox North. Colton, the PA, was very accommodating. He asked numerous questions to get to the bottom of my concerns. I was very pleased with the communication and organization at Cox North."

"Tonight I was seen by the provider at CN, around 630-7pm to approx 1030p. He made a comment that was extremely rude, saying I was "difficult to treat," and essentially belittled me for having allergies. This person needs to learn some serious bed side manners. Its absolutely despicable to treat any patient like this. Do better! My nurse was absolutely incredible, and is seriously the only reason I didn't give this 1 star."

"Called to report this driver in the company vehicle for brake checking my bf while he was driving and the security guy was polite on the phone and said if we met up with police to call him back and he would help in any way he could. I didn’t call 911 on him bc I thought the company would take care of it. I called back to tell them that their driver called police on us and we were on a traffic stop bc of it. It was another guard that answered so he said he would have the original guard call me back. He never did. We weren’t ticketed. The dash cam was shown to the officer and she said she would look into it further. I’m writing this review in the hopes that this driver will be written up for brake checking someone, let alone a semi that can’t stop as quickly from 65 mph fully loaded. A fatal accident could have easily occurred tonight had my bf not been paying attention so closely. I also have dash cam footage of the incident should someone decide to protect their community from a road raging driver."
