"I went in knowing I was going to spend around $100. I had a meeting to go to and wanted to pick up some cookies. I asked for 3 dozens. The lady looked very annoyed and had a nasty look on her face. Asked me with an attitude you want 3 dozens? I kindly said yes to which she immediately looked like she didn’t like my response or her job. She then gave me a nasty stare and said you know that is going to be $60/$70? I told her yes and she still had an attitude and ugly look and proceeded to ask what kind I wanted. After I noticed how bothered she looked to help me I said never-mind. You lost my business after today and I LOVE your cookies!!"
"The cookies are amazing, as they've been from the beginning. My issue is the staff. Met one young lady who was VERY nice...wish I could remember her name. But the guy(Mgr) and the girl with the piercings leave a little to be desired in the way of interaction with the public. Very cut and dry...almost as if it's a bother to ask a question or take an order. Maybe they were having an off day."
