"We usually go to the Windsor at Oak Park Mall to shop for dresses for my daughter for school dances. That place is a nightmare! Clothes everywhere, no organization of any kind (size, color, nothing!) super messy and crowded. Last weekend we were in the area so we decided to pop in to this location at Independence Center. Holy cow! This location is so well organized and clean! The staff was helpful and cheerful. I was shocked at the difference in the two locations!! We definitely will be making the drive to this location from now on! Was there glitter on the floor….yes, but it’s literally filled with glitter covered dresses. Get over that."

"This place was okay. They have gorgeous dresses but not much of a plus size selection which is disappointing. The dressing rooms were kind of messy and had dirt and glitter all over the floors. The workers weren’t really paying attention to people shopping or trying on dresses until they were already doing it. They kinda had an attitude if you took more dresses in than you were supposed to."

"Not sure why my review was deleted but like I said I’ve been going here for years and they are always helpful and have the cutest clothes most up to date fashion. I’ve never had any issues. This is easily one of the best stores in the mall. Still in business for a reason and expanding. Don’t mind the most recent ones that are talking smack because that’s just an ex employee making fake accounts who got fired and is mad."

"We had such a fantastic experience prom shopping at Independence Windsor. Elizabeth and Destiny spent a ton of personal time with my daughter assisting with styling and finding her absolute perfect dress. I was worried about looking for a dress so late in the season but the store was well stocked and beautifully displayed. Our stylist team made the process so easy despite being understaffed. Thanks to the Windsor girls for helping my baby find the perfect dress!"
